Welcome to Axiomethod LTD. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

All services are delivered through Skool.com. Payments are processed via Stripe.

3.1 Age Requirements

Students must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3.2 Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians who purchase memberships for students:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Are responsible for supervising the student's use of our platform
  • Agree to ensure the student follows these terms
  • Consent to our processing of student data as described in our Privacy Policy

3.3 Account Use

Each membership is for one student only. Parents and guardians may access the account to monitor progress and support their child. You must not share your login details with other students or allow multiple students to use the same account.

Our membership includes:

  • Access to online courses and learning materials for GCSE subjects (currently Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science)
  • Live group sessions and recorded content
  • Community access on Skool.com
  • Study resources and support materials

Important: We may update, change, or expand our content and features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific content will always be available.

5.1 Membership Options

We currently offer monthly and annual memberships. Prices are shown in GBP (ยฃ) at checkout. All payments are processed through Stripe via Skool.com.

5.2 Billing

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month on the same date you signed up, unless you cancel. Annual memberships renew after 12 months. You can cancel at any time through your Skool account settings.

You must provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge your payment method for membership fees.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time for new purchases. If we change the price for existing memberships, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you don't agree with the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

5.4 7-Day Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial to new members. If you sign up for a trial:

  • You'll need to provide payment details through Stripe when you sign up
  • You won't be charged during the 7-day trial period
  • After 7 days, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel
  • Cancel anytime during the trial through your Skool account settings to avoid charges
  • One trial per person or household

6.1 14-Day Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Simply email igor@axiomethod.com with your order details and we'll process your refund.

After 14 days, all sales are final. We recommend trying out our free content first to make sure our teaching style is right for you.

6.2 Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account settings. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again.

6.3 If We Terminate Your Account

If we terminate your account for breaking these terms (for example, sharing your account), you won't get a refund. If we terminate your account for any other reason, we'll provide a pro-rata refund for unused time.

6.4 After Your Membership Ends

When you cancel or your membership ends:

  • You immediately lose access to all course materials and community
  • Any content you posted in the community may remain visible (anonymized for privacy)

To request deletion of your community posts or personal data, email igor@axiomethod.com.

You should assume we may record live sessions. By attending a live session with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded. If you don't want to be recorded, please turn off your camera and microphone and participate via chat only.

Recordings are available to members for educational purposes only. You must not record, screenshot, or share our content outside the platform without our written permission.

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Keep your login details secure and confidential
  • Use the service in a respectful and appropriate manner
  • Not share your account with other students
  • Not copy, share, or distribute our content without permission
  • Not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Not harass, bully, or behave inappropriately toward other users

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.

9.1 Our Content

All learning materials, videos, and resources we provide are owned by Axiomethod LTD. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our content only while your membership is active. When your membership ends, you must stop using our materials.

9.2 Your Content

If you post anything in our community (questions, comments, study notes), you keep ownership of it. However, you give us permission to use, display, and share it within our service to help other students learn. We'll keep student posts anonymous where appropriate.

Important: Our services are designed to support students in their GCSE studies, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or outcomes. Success depends on many factors including individual effort, school teaching, and exam conditions.

We provide educational support and resources, but you should always check with your school and exam board to ensure you're following the correct specification and requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We're not liable for exam results, lost opportunities, or indirect consequences
  • We're not responsible for technical issues with Skool.com, Stripe, or your internet connection
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 4 months

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be legally excluded.

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We'll try to give you reasonable notice of major changes. We may also temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at axiomethod.com. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. By continuing to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15.1 How to Make a Complaint

If you're unhappy with our service:

  • Email igor@axiomethod.com with "COMPLAINT" in the subject line
  • Include your account details and describe the issue
  • We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
  • We'll investigate and provide a full response within 10 working days

We take complaints seriously and use feedback to improve our service.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
